La veterana banda francesa de metal sinfĂłnico FAIRYLAND ha lanzado con el sello Frontiers Records su quinto LP bajo el tĂtulo âThe story remainsâ.
Los temas contienen lo que todo amante del metal sinfĂłnico puede esperar: riffs potentes y rĂĄpidos, estribillos Ă©picos y melodĂas de hondo calado.
Uno de los principales puntos fuertes del disco es su producciĂłn: aĂșn habiendo varios instrumentos y orquestaciones, todo suena en su justa medida y no se pierde ninguna de las lĂneas.Â
Hay temas que estån a caballo entre el metal sinfónico y el power metal mås tradicional para sumar mås puntos a aquellos que disfrutamos con esos subgéneros de vez en cuando.
FAIRYLAND era un proyecto al que no tenĂa localizado, y eso que Elisa Martin (DARK MOOR y DREAM MAKER) militĂł en sus filas a los inicios del grupo. De ahora en adelante, seguirĂ© atentamente sus andaduras ya que tanto Ă©ste âThe story remainsâ como sus anteriores discos, me han parecido de gran calidad.

The veteran French symphonic metal band FAIRYLAND has released its fifth LP, entitled âThe Story Remains,â on the Frontiers Records label.
The tracks contain everything that symphonic metal lovers could hope for: powerful, fast riffs, epic choruses, and deeply moving melodies.
One of the album’s main strengths is its production: even with several instruments and orchestrations, everything sounds just right and none of the lines are lost.
There are tracks that straddle symphonic metal and more traditional power metal, adding extra appeal for those of us who enjoy these subgenres from time to time.
FAIRYLAND was a project I hadn’t heard of, even though Elisa Martin (DARK MOOR and DREAM MAKER) was a member of the band in its early days. From now on, I will follow their progress closely, as both this album, âThe Story Remains,â and their previous albums, have struck me as being of high quality.
