Los suecos H.E.A.T. publican su nuevo disco “Welcome to the future” donde hay un montón de referencias a los sonidos de los 80 en muchísimos temas del disco, pero también a los 90 como es el tema “We Will Not Forget”, que sí tiene ese toque de los grandes coros y un sonido más épico.
Hay temas que en directo creo que van a dar mucho más juego de lo que han dado en el disco, como es el “Tear it down (R.N.R.R)” en el que me imagino a un público enfervorecido gritando el estribillo de la canción.
La voz de Kenny en todo momento es espectacular, mostrando que está a un nivel muy por encima de la media y que perfectisimamente puede estar en el top.
Hay mucha melodía, con un sonido que me ha recordado a TYKETTO o incluso a BON JOVI.
En definitiva, Welcome to the Future me ha parecido un disco muy consistente, en que todos los temas están a un altísimo nivel, lo que hace que estemos, si no ante el disco del año Hard Rock o AOR a nivel mundial, sí estaríamos hablando de uno de los más importantes.

The Swedes H.E.A.T. release their new album “Welcome to the future” where there are a lot of references to the sounds of the 80’s in many songs of the album, but also to the 90’s as the song “We Will Not Forget”, which is not based on keyboards as many other songs, but it does have great chorus and a more epic sound.
There are songs that live I think will give much more play than what they have given on the album, such as “Tear it down (R.N.R.R)” in which I imagine a wild audience screaming the chorus of the song.
Kenny’s vocals throughout are spectacular, showing that he is at a level well above average and could very well be at the top.
There is a lot of melody, with a sound that reminded me of TYKETTO or even BON JOVI.
In short, Welcome to the Future has seemed to me a very consistent album, in which all the themes are at a very high level, which makes us, if not before the album of the year Hard Rock or AOR worldwide, we would be talking about one of the most important.
