De los discos que habían ido sacando singles a finales de 2025 puede que el que mayor expectación ha creado en mí ha sido el “Break the silence” de los alemanes BEYOND THE BLACK.
Una vez que he podido escuchar el disco en su totalidad se nota que ha habido una muy buena elección de los adelantos, ya que si bien este disco está bastante por encima de otros precedentes, el resto de temas no llegan al mismo nivel que lo adelantado.
En “Break the silence” sigue estando presente el componente folk que ha hecho característico su sonido frente a otros grupos de metal melódico.
Manteniendo el mismo nivel instrumental y siendo la magnífica voz de Jeniffer Haben el núcleo duro de BEYOND THE BLACK, lo que hace mejor a este trabajo es definitivamente el nivel compositivo que te engancha desde el principio.

Of all the albums that released singles at the end of 2025, the one that generated the most excitement for me was «Break the Silence» by the German band BEYOND THE BLACK.
Once I had listened to the album in its entirety, it was clear that the advance tracks had been very well chosen, because although this album is far superior to its predecessors, the rest of the songs do not reach the same level as the advance tracks.
Break the Silence continues to feature the folk element that has made their sound distinctive from other melodic metal bands.
Maintaining the same instrumental level and with Jeniffer Haben’s magnificent voice at the core of BEYOND THE BLACK, what makes this work even better is definitely the compositional level that hooks you from the start.
