Tras haber explorado otras sonoridades con dudoso resultado, en “The grat Satán” nos reencontramos con el ROB ZOMBIE que nos ganó con aquel magnífico “Hellbilly Deluxe” en el que no faltan el pesado sonido industrial y los arreglos generadores de tensión.
No pueden faltar las letras grotescas que conectan con sus criaturas cinematográficas, construyendo un aquelarre oscuro y tenebroso.
Evidentemente, “The great Satan” no es un salto a la vanguardia y la innovación, sino un regreso a la zona de confort del compositor, pero con un buen resultado para quienes nos gustó la propuesta de ROB ZOMBIE en solitario.
