Los finlandeses I AM YOUR GOD, vuelven a la carga con la misma intención de ajustar nuestras cervicales con su “Δ”.
Por lo general se ha etiquetado a I AM YOUR GOD como una banda de metalcore, pero me cuesta identificarles con ese calificativo, encardinándoles más en el death metal melódico con matices de metalcore, especialmente en los coros y estribillos.
En este disco llegan a introducir varios riffs que perfectamente podrían entrar en el black metal como en el tema homónimo “I.A.Y.G”.
Este redondo no hace rehenes, y desde el inicio es una vertiginosa descarga de notas que dan la mano al death metal melódico primigenio con las nuevas tendencias.

Generally I AM YOUR GOD has been labeled as a metalcore band, but I find it hard to identify that qualifier, placing them more in melodic death metal with metalcore nuances, especially in the choruses and choruses.
