Como ya habéis tenido ocasión de escuchar en los adelantos que han sonado en Hörns Up, DAYS OF JUPITER ha entrado muy fuerte este 2025 con su nuevo LP “The World was never enough”.
Digo que han entrado fuerte porque ha sido uno de los discos que he escuchado más veces en lo que llevo de año y es porque aportan algo al conjunto que no había escuchado antes.
Es verdad que la parte instrumental se mueve dentro de los parámetros de lo que podríamos llamar “modern metal”, pero la voz de su cantante Janne Hilli, da un matiz muy interesante pues es como si trajera las grandes voces del hard rock más clásico, como (salvando las distancias) Jorn Lander, al sonido más contemporáneo.
La parte rítmica constitutye un mimbre muy sólido con un peso específico del bajo que soporta las melodías de temas como “The Fix” o “Denial”.

As you have already had the chance to hear in the previews that have been played on Hörns Up, DAYS OF JUPITER have come in very strong this 2025 with their new LP «The World was never enough».
I say they have come in strong because it has been one of the albums I have listened to the most times so far this year and it is because they bring something to the whole that I had not heard before.
It is true that the instrumental part moves within the parameters of what we could call «modern metal», but the voice of their singer Janne Hilli, gives a very interesting nuance as it is as if he brought the great voices of the most classic hard rock, as (saving the distances) Jorn Lander, to the most contemporary sound.
The rhythmic part constitutes a very solid wicker with a specific weight of the bass that supports the melodies of songs like «The Fix» or «Denial».
