Ya habéis escuchado en Hörns Üp “Crying heart” y “Moon has the night”…

🇬🇧 [ENGLISH VERSION] 🇺🇸

The Swedish band REMEDY has put the pedal to the metal, since they were formed in 2022 and we are already talking about their second LP after “Something that your eyes won’t see”.

With their AOR proposal with a very eighties sound, they return with the formula of the success of their previous work: perfect choruses, that will please the followers of classic bands like HOUSE OF LORDS, BOSTON, ASIA or PRIDE OF LIONS but having known how to give a modern nuance to their songs.

You have already listened to “Crying heart” and “Moon has the night” at Hörns Üp… Well, you already have an idea of what the rest of the album is, because all the songs keep the hook and, after the few more than forty minutes, one thinks that nothing has been left over… Well, maybe the ballad with which they close the album, “Something that call love” seemed to me a bit cloying and that leaves the album too slowed down for what the rest of the album is.

As a good AOR band, they present a song with a woman’s name “Angelina”, that if the band will have more global predicament, could well be one of those songs that appear in the playlists of any platform… we used to do this on TDK tapes from the 90’s, for the new generations.

If they don’t get into the top, Juanma will surely include them in his recommendations for the year.
