Dentro del subgénero del metal melódico METALITE ha sido una banda que, aún en una segunda fila, ha sabido ir ofreciendo discos solventes que les han permitido no ser devorados por la marea de bandas del mismo palo.
Con su último disco “Discovery” creo que han dado un salto cualitativo en las composiciones hasta el punto de ser muy difícil decantarse por un tema estandarte de éste álbum.
Todos los temas mantienen un nivel de ritmo, dinamismo y pegada de principio a fin que te mantiene conectado durante los tres cuartos de hora que dura.
Dentro de un subestilo que está dando muy buenos trabajos en los últimos años, “Discovery” es el mejor disco de METALITE en su carrera.

Within the melodic metal subgenre, METALITE has been a band that, even as a second-tier act, has consistently delivered solid albums that have allowed them to avoid being swallowed up by the flood of other bands in the same vein.
With their latest album, “Discovery,” I think they’ve taken a qualitative leap forward in their songwriting—to the point where it’s very difficult to pick a standout track from this album.
Every track maintains a level of rhythm, dynamism, and punch from start to finish that keeps you engaged throughout the album’s three-quarter-hour runtime.
Within a subgenre that has been producing excellent work in recent years, “Discovery” is METALITE’s best album to date.
